MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS

Environmental Solutions strives to ensure your HVAC system’s optimum performance, which can be accomplished through consistent and planned service. We offer the following maintenance agreements for all levels of HVAC equipment.

Residential ($198.00 Single System) ($168.00 Multiple Systems): Two visits a year, once in spring and fall. This includes filter changes, safety inspections, and cleaning.

Commercial ($298.00 Single System) ($248.00 Multiple Systems): Two visits a year, once in spring and fall. This includes filter changes, safety inspections, and cleaning.
